- Large spacious 12' x 12' stalls
- Equipped with anti fatigue rubber matts
- Stalls are open and airy and allow the horses to see each other

- Special needs stalls are available in our lower part of the barn
- Each stall opens up to a turn out area and are perfect for medical needs horses with limited turn out

- Outdoor wash stand adjacent to barn with hot and cold water, rubber matts, over head boom and separate quick release hoses.

- Clean restroom adjacent to barn
- Tack room with individual lockers for your equipment
- Feed room with dedicated space for each horses nutritional or medication needs

- Large 80' x 180' lighted outdoor riding arena with well maintained footing
- Round Pen available for ground work or for a more confined riding area
Riding trails

- Multiple trail riding options on our 120 acre property
- Looping riding trail around pastures close to the barn if you want to stay close
- Approximately 5 mile riding trail on old logging roads up the mountain. Varying degrees of trail steepness offer a great training opportunity for conditioning your horse

- Each one of our lovely pastures offer run-in shelters, fresh water tubs and free choice salt licks
- New Turbo Equibraid rope fencing on all pastures
